Creative Lifeways Ayurveda (CLA) is a space for women to learn, reflect, grow and achieve life and spiritual goals.

Our classes, workshops and body treatments are tailored to women’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs and life cycles.

We recognise that women today, mostly operate in modern lifestyles which are fast paced, action-oriented and more masculine in nature. These rhythms tend to bring us women out of harmony with our essential nature, life itself, unbalance our hormones, increase stress levels to the point of burn-out and we neglect to give ourselves time for self-care as we’re always giving out to others.

This can become the root cause of many diseases.

What we do at CLA is look at our whole lives and work internally and externally to bring our life back into harmony with both our masculine and feminine energies for a happy and healthy life.

We promote Sattva which based on yogic philosophy is the quality of goodness, positivity, truth, serenity, balance, peacefulness, and virtuousness and leads us towards our Dharma - our true purpose in life aligned with our highest self.

To achieve this we look at:

Nutrition: Plant-based whole-foods nutrition workshops based on Ayurveda which treats the person according to its individual needs - not one nutrition plan suits all approach. This helps balance our hormones, achieve better eating habits and promotes also sattva.

Stress-levels: Reducing stress levels by learning how we get stressed, how it impacts us and how to manage it through mindfulness, breathing and self-care practices.

Slowing down: This allows us to be able to listen to our real needs so we can unlock our highest self through yoga, meditation, reflection and art therapy.

Creativity: Express our feminine nature, how to problem-solve creatively and enjoy life through art therapy.

Body therapies: Massage brings our body into deep relaxation, allows it to detox and is a great way to nurture our whole self. They also have therapeutic qualities which allow us to improve our fertility, our digestion and overall wellness.

Our other unique programmes which are tailored to a women’s nature, like women’s circles - help you tap into your inner voice and live according to what you know is best for you and helps you find true meaning and purpose in your life .

CLA practices are based on Ayurvedic science,  ancient wisdom and yoga practices that reflect the feminine cycles of the moon to promote both physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

In this way our classes and workshops act as lifestyle medicine, which open the body, mind and soul to its own healing abilities to recover and remove internal tensions and emotional conflicts.
