Ayurveda Body Therapies
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word which means the science of life (Ayur = life, Veda = science or knowledge).
Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest whole-body healing systems.
Ayurvedic body therapies are a significant part of the healing process in Ayurvedic medicine.
In addition to being balancing and rejuvenating, these therapies detox the whole system and provide stress-relief with profound effects on the whole self.

Abhyanga Hot Oil Healing Therapy
It’s a form of Ayurvedic Medicine that involves gentle massage of the whole body using oils based on your unique dosha. Each area of the body is massaged seven times as in Ayurveda, it is believed that there are seven layers of tissue in the body (called dhatus). In English they are called plasma, blood, muscle, fat, bone, marrow / nerve, and reproductive tissue.
This has a powerful cleansing, rejuvenating effect upon the bones, muscles and nerves, senses and mind. A variety of strokes and techniques are applied to work along the energy channels of your body in a synchronized manner to restore the flow of vital energy – ‘Prana’. The lymphatic massage treatment with oils help squeeze out toxic accumulation from the channels.
It is recommended that you do three to four consecutive treatments weekly, followed by a treatment once a month.
