Autumn Detox + Ayurveda Workshop

As the season changes from summer to autumn it is the perfect time to detox and prepare your body to transition naturally with the changes in the environment.  

Using the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda, this 3-hour workshop will provide the knowledge and resources to complete a 2- or 3-day detox cleanse from the comfort of your own home.

In addition, you’ll receive the tools to set up a healthy self-care routine based on your own unique mind-body type suitable for the autumn season. 

The workshop includes:

Dosha Quiz: find out your unique mind-body type and receive a list of foods suitable for your own unique blueprint. You’ll also be given a mini-recipe book. (The recipe book will include 3 meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks).   

Detox recipes: The cleansing recipes and how to cook each food in your own kitchen as the foundation for your cleanse.  

Daily Ayurveda Self-Care Guide (Dinacharya): Learn the basic lifestyle tips that are unique to the fall season which support balance, remove toxins, and inspire you to make healthy decisions throughout the day.

Guided Breathing Exercise (Pranayama): this breathing exercise is a simple way to reset, clear the mind, and reduce stress.

Mindful eating: a brief introduction on how to eat while engaging all the senses and learn how to trust your bodies intuition of what and when to eat.  


Why should I do a seasonal detox?
As we transition from one season to the next our bodies need to also adapt to the changes and let go of the effects of the previous season. An Ayurvedic cleanse allows the body to enter the new season more harmoniously, clear existing impurities and boost digestion for better absorption.

  In this cleanse, you won’t feel hungry because you’ll be eating real food.
