Creative visualization allows us to use imagery or our imagination to create whatever we want to happen or make real in our lives.
It’s a well know technique used by athletes who visualize their technique and winning success. By imagining themselves winning over and over again it is like they have already achieved it as it has been strongly imprinted in their mind and body.
In order for it to be successful we need to follow the below three steps:
1. The desire to create what we have visualized
2. The belief that we you attain it and will have it
3. The acceptance on a deep level of our goal
Begin by clarifying what you want in your life, see it as an image and move into deep relaxation as you visualize what steps you are going to take to achieve this. Let go of any limiting beliefs like fear by breathing into those areas of your body. Engage all your senses into achieving your end goal continuing to be deeply relaxed. Feel that you have achieved your goal by remaining calm and focused.
